Q How long will I have to wait for my item?
A For all of our download products you will be able to get your products immediately after payment has been made.

Q What is your return policy?
A If you are not happy with the quality or standard of your item then we offer a full refund within 30 days of downloading. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

Q Do you ship internationally?
A Yes we do, as most of our products are downloadable it does not matter where you reside, you will be able to download them no problem. If you are ordering from outside the European Union (EU) (or a if your business is VAT registered within the EU) the prices of products, where they include VAT at the standard rate, will be reduced by this amount and you will pay the net of VAT price for those items.

Q What if I have made a mistake with my order?
A Please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not already processed your order we can amend the mistake. If you have already downloaded the product contact us.

Q What payment methods do you accept?
A We accept most major credit/debit cards via Nochex which are processed through a secure server so you have total security. We also accept Paypal, Postal Orders and Personal Cheques. However with personal cheques we would require the funds to be cleared before allowing goods to be despatched.

Q Do you provide support for your products?
A Yes we do this at our support forum.

Q How do I know if my order has been dispatched or is ready to download?
A You can check the status of your order my logging into your account if you have created an account.

Q There is a mistake with my order?
A Please contact us via our contact us page and we will investigate immediately.

Q How long will delivery be?
A You can usually download our products immediately after you have made a payment.
